Craft Picture Frame"Charming Photo Banner"This charming photo banner is fun and easy for all ages. Create your own craft picture frame that represents each age of your child's life. Supplies You Need:  Construction and craft paper Scissors Hole punch Photo-safe glue stick and white glue Ribbon and rickrack Photographs
Directions: 1. Cut paper into rectangles of two sizes, one about an inch larger all around than the other 2. Center the large pieces of paper behind the small ones, like a frame, and glue in place with the glue stick 3. Glue photos of the birthday boy on some of the panels (leave some blank or adorn with numbers or phrases) 4. Embellish panels by gluing on rickrack with white glue and allow to dry 5. Punch two holes in each panel, thread a long piece of ribbon through the holes, and hang in the party room.
