Combine all ingredients then slowy add water (alittle at a time) mixing until desired consistency (may be easier to mix with hands instead of a spoon). 2. Separate into bowls and add food coloring. 3. Cover tightly while not using. Cooked Recipe: 1 C Flour 1 C Warm Water 2 tsp Cream of Tarter 1 tsp Oil 1/4 C Salt Food ColoringDirections: 1. Mix all ingredients (except food coloring). 2. Stir over medium heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool. 3. Knead until smooth. 4. Separate into containers and add desired food coloring. Kids will have hours of fun making fun shapes and designs!!
