"Homemade Valentines"
Receiving homemade valentines warms our hearts. This year I received a very special valentine from the sweetest boy, a boy fighting lukemia. This homemade craft is one worth sharing!
Supplies You Need:
Pink or red foam sheets (found at any arts and crafts store or discount store)
Syringes
Felt-tip markers (black or your choice of colors)
Pair of scissors
Red gatorade or red colored drink
Directions:
1. Cut out heart shapes from foam; fold in half and make 2 slits in the middle of the heart
2. Using the markers, write your message on the heart (Peyton chose to write, "shot through the heart." Very appropriate verse from Bon Jovi's song)
3. Fill syringe with gatorade and insert into the slit of the heart
