Kindergarten Crafts
"Collages"
Collages are a fantastic way to get our kindergartner's creative using their hands. Kindergarten crafts will allow them to work with their hands and enjoy their creations. You can use a variety of templates so the child can make as many collages as they want, and as much variety as they desire.
It is simple and fun, and they can make these collages all on their own. They will really enjoy making plain templates of animals come to life. To make these colorful collages, all you need is animal templates, tissue paper, and glue. It's as easy as that!!

"Sock Sort 'n' Toss"
How to Play
When you unload the dryer, put aside all the socks. Pile them up on the living-room floor and ask your child to find the match for every sock (make sure all the socks have their original partner). Once he's sorted all the socks, show him how to roll the pairs into balls. Then set up several shoeboxes a few feet away, each marked with a family member's name. The goal is to toss the correct socks into the appropriate person's box.
This teaches our children Responsibility. Getting our kids involved in chores is a way for them to learn that everyone in the family needs to pitch in and help out. When you make the tasks fun, you'll inspire even the littlest ones to help out.
