Cut a round or oval shape out of the craft foam for the body 2. Cut out foam horns and feet 3. Glue the horns and feet to the body 4. Glue the feather wings to the body 5. Glue the body to the popsicle stick 6. Add a face by drawing with the glue and then sprinkling the glitter over it and shaking off the excess 7. Allow to dry, and stick in the soil of a potted plant

Glue a large button to one end of the popsicle stick; let dry 3. Add a thick layer of glue to the front of the button 4. Press paper clips into the glue making a circle (about 5 or 6 paper clips) 5. Add another layer of glue over the paper clips, and press on another button 6. Let dry 7.
