Preschool Arts and Crafts"Butterfly Wand"This is a great craft to do at a children's party. Preschool arts and crafts are simple, fun and creative. Great for kindergarten projects too. Supplies You Need:  A popsicle stick A pipe cleaner A cone-shaped coffee filter Colorful markers, crayons or paints Glue (a hot glue gun works best if the gluing is done by an adult)Directions: 1. Glue the pipe cleaner to the popsicle stick by folding the pipe cleaner in two and gluing the popsicle stick on one half starting at the crease, then open flat 2. Open up a cone-shaped coffee filter at the seam 3. Decorate the coffee filter with markers, crayons or paints (decorations in the very middle will be crumpled up, so concentrate on the outer parts) 4. Attach the paper to the popsicle stick with the pipe cleaner by bending the ends to form the antennae
