Gift baskets nowadays come in sizes to match anybody's unique gift budget, and the sheer variety of contents you can find in gift baskets is mind-boggling. Basically, if you can imagine it, there is a gift basket out there somewhere that contains it.

If you have trouble finding the right gift basket for him or her, why not make your own? Just come up with a theme that will tickle their fancy (think about their hobbies and most-liked extracurricular activities to help you generate ideas) and buy contents to match. 3. Pay their tuition for a class or course:

There is little that is more gratifying in life than learning something new. Broadening your horizons through bettering yourself is a great way to fight off boredom, improve self-confidence and just plain have more fun. Why not pay their tuition for a cooking, scuba diving or rock-climbing class? Or, if you live near a community college, how about getting them a full semester's course in something cool? If you haven't leafed through a modern community college's course catalog (which you can get for free - hint, hint) lately, you are probably unaware of all of the cool stuff that is available to learn these days.
